Yesterday I arrived at my new home for the next month. All thanks to The Artists Association of Nantucket, I get to make art in a beautiful and scenic island for the month of February. I have been awarded the Hale Residency which includes a private painting studio, spacious apartment, oceans without horizons, sideways snowstorms and ample seashell collecting. I can’t wait to get started. Let’s see where the island takes me.
